Principal's Message

Autumn Roar: Go Dragons!

Dear Davies Families,
It’s hard to believe we are already moving into October! The first weeks of school have been filled with energy, new beginnings, and a strong sense of Dragon pride. I want to take a moment to thank you for the support you’ve shown your children and our school community as we’ve transitioned into another year together.
October is an exciting month at William Davies Middle School. We’ll be celebrating the Week of Respect, hosting special assemblies, and getting into the fall spirit with events like Trunk or Treat and our very own Hamilton Hallway of Horror. These experiences not only create wonderful memories but also build connections and strengthen our Dragon community.
As always, academics remain at the heart of all we do. Our teachers are working hard to provide rigorous instruction and meaningful learning opportunities. Please encourage your child to stay organized, complete assignments on time, and reach out if they need extra support. Together, we can ensure every student continues to grow and thrive.
Thank you for your ongoing partnership and trust. I am proud to serve as your principal, and I look forward to all the successes this year will bring.
Go Dragons!
Dr. Jennifer Holmstrom
