COVID-19 Reporting Information for Parents
Dear Hamilton Township Families,
In an effort to keep our students and staff healthy and safe we ask that you contact your school with any COVID-19 related concern. If your child has tested positive or has been a close contact with a person who has tested positive please IMMEDIATELY call your school building nurse. Nurse contact information is listed below. Our nurses will provide you with the guidance you need to ensure your child’s health and safety and the safety of everyone in our school community. Thank you.

The Hamilton Township School District’s Food Services Department will make every attempt to provide meals for all students living in our district during this crisis.

**IMPORTANT**
Pick up is available at the William Davies Middle School around the back of the building closest to the cafeteria. When you arrive, leave your windows up and remain in your car until instructed to pull up.
Please maintain social distancing.
You may pick up for all children in your household regardless of where your child is enrolled.
All children 0-18 are eligible for this service regardless of current meal status.
Meal accounts will NOT be charged and ID numbers are NOT necessary.
